Sending a Gift
We are pleased to offer complimentary gift wrap and can include a hand written note if you choose. Please ask for gift wrapping and enter your personalized message in the "special instructions" area at check out. We will make sure your gift is wrapped beautifully.
Shipping
Orders in stock and shipping domestically are processed within 24-36 hours and are shipped Monday-Friday. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your package has shipped. Emily Joubert offers UPS Ground, 2nd day Air and overnight services. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will ship on Monday.
In-store Pickup
Purchases for in-store pick-up will be available during our normal business hours Sunday through Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will hold items up to one week but we are a small store and do not have the space to hold them for long.
International Shipping
Please note that international shipping times may vary. An email will be sent to you with tracking information once your items have shipped
Special Orders
Special orders will be shipped from Emily Joubert once received. An extra shipping charge will be applied for special orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to Covid 19 all merchandise , consignment items , seasonal and sale items purchased are all final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Damages
All orders are insured with UPS. If your order arrives damaged please send photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box(es) to flowers@emilyjoubert.com so we can ship you a replacement and take care of the insurance claim for you.
