Q: Do you do arrangements and bouquets for weddings and special events?

Q: How long do your floral arrangements typically last?

A: Our arrangements are designed using the freshest blooms available in the market and, if kept in appropriate environments, usually last at least 7 days.

 

Q: Are you able to order special flowers if requested and, if so, what is the turnaround time for your order?

A: We do our best to accomodate custom orders and can deliver them within 48 hours provided the flowers are in season and available at the market.

 

Q: Do you deliver outside the Woodside area?

A: We are happy to deliver outside the Woodside area. Additional delivery charges will apply. Please visit our DELIVERY page for more information.

 

Q: Do you design living arrangements?

A: We design beautiful living plant baskets and orchid arrangements. Please visit our PLANTS page to view sample arrangements. Plants make a very nice gesture of condolence; additionally, they are perfect for a house-warming or special anniversary gift!

 

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with the arrangement or the flowers “die” as sometimes can happen we want to hear about it! Please call us within 24 hours of receipt so we can organize a pick-up and refund or a re-delivery. Send an email to our customer service representatives at flowers@emilyjoubert.com. Or call (650)-851-3520 to speak to a customer service agent. If a refund is in order, we can submit that right away. It may take two to 10 days for your credit card company or your bank to post the credit to your account—that part is up to them.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending flowers through our service. They have access to limited personal information about you and/or the recipient needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
